  • I forgot my login ID. What should I do?
    You can check your login ID through the “Find ID” option on the login page.
    Please enter your name and email address.
  • I forgot my password. What should I do?
    You can reset your password through the “Forgot Password” option on the login page.
    Please enter your name, login ID, and email address. A temporary password will be sent to your email.
  • How can I edit my profile?
    You can edit your information in My Account > Edit Profile.
    After updating your name, contact information, etc., click the “Save” button to apply the changes.
    Your login ID cannot be changed as it was set during registration.
    Your email address may or may not be editable depending on your registration method.
  • How can I update my shipping address?
    You can add, edit, or delete addresses in My Account > Addresses, and set a default address.
    The updated address can be selected for future orders.
  • How can I submit an inquiry?
    You can submit an inquiry through [Help Center > Inquiries or Product Inquiry].
    For faster and more accurate assistance, please provide detailed information such as your inquiry, order number, and product name.
  • When will I receive a response to my inquiry?
    Our team will respond within 24-72 hours.
    Please note that weekends and public holidays are excluded, and response times may vary depending on inquiry volume.
  • Where can I check my inquiry?
    You can view your submitted inquiries and responses in My Account or the Help Center.
