How does international shipping work?
Orders are processed in the following steps:
Order Confirmation → Item Preparation → Domestic Warehouse Dispatch → International Shipment → Customs Clearance → Final Delivery

Item preparation typically takes about 3 business days.
Shipping time varies depending on the destination country (approximately 5–9 business days).
Delays may occur due to stock availability, customs clearance, or local carrier conditions.

How are shipping fees calculated?
Shipping fees vary depending on order conditions such as total amount, item weight, destination country, and shipping method.
The final shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.

Can items be shipped separately?
Due to international shipping processes, all items are shipped together once they are fully prepared. Partial shipments are not available.

Can I update my shipping information after placing an order?
Changes can be requested before shipment by submitting an inquiry, but are not guaranteed.

Can I add items to my order before shipment?
Items cannot be added after the order is completed. Please cancel your order and place a new one.

How can I track my shipment?
You can track your order using the tracking number via Help Center > Track Order.
Tracking information will also be sent by email once the item is shipped.

The order is marked as shipped, but I cannot see the tracking number.
The tracking number will be updated automatically within 1–3 business days after shipment.
